The TOR2 ‘hub’ is our central area where most of our calls come in from the public with any questions and queries you may have.
But it is not all about taking calls, read on to find what else the team gets up to.
Meet Kevin…he is the operational support hub supervisor here at TOR2 🙂
The TOR2 operational hubs core role is to support the service areas across TOR2.
The hub consists of several team members, a general administrator, the operators who are there to take your calls and of course Kevin, the office manager 🙂
The services carried out in the hub is mainly telephone based, answering questions and queries. Then there is also the face to face enquiries from anyone visiting the office.
Thats our Hub team, and they’re all TOR2 heroes.
